Overview:
Join our dynamic organisation as a Payroll Specialist with German language skills. In this critical role you will be responsible for managing our payroll processes across various regions ensuring accuracy compliance and timely execution. We are seeking an individual with exceptional attention to detail payroll expertise and proficiency in German to manage our multinational payroll operations efficiently.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage employee records including attendance absences and leave data.
- Assist in payroll processing and related accounting functions.
- Provide HR support and guidance to employees on various matters.
- Issue required certificates and documentation as needed.
- Perform general administrative duties.
- Work closely with both employees and management to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
- Native or fluent in German (C1 level) with strong written and verbal communication skills along with fluency in English.
- Previous experience in HR administration or payroll accounting is advantageous.
- At least 1 year of experience in German payroll and labor law.
- Proficient in using standard office software and productivity tools.
- Ability to work onsite.
- Detailoriented with a strong focus on accuracy.
- Motivated and eager to grow professionally and contribute to team development.
- Enthusiastic positive and friendly with a strong teamoriented attitude.
