We are in search of a projectbased parttime (at least at first) talent acquisition specialist to conduct basic recruiting functions such as sourcing screening and submitting candidates. Experience in HR would also be great as we have clients who need HR functions performed from time to time.
You will love this recruiting opportunity we are kind of awesome to work with! We are a very positive and fastgrowing recruiting firm and we need even more GREAT remote longterm recruiters who take great pride in their results professionalism and efficiency. Wed love more people who can give us 3040 hours a week but we also have people on the team who give us 1525. Many of our recruiters start parttime for us and move to fulltime because of culture flexibility and compensation.
This is the whole recruiting process with a lot of support. This is everything from sourcing (Indeed and the LinkedIn Professional Services version we provide) to submitting and also is clientfacing. We need professional polish for this role in addition to the skills. You will get a lot of help from our team including a sourcing team client success manager recruitment coordinator and direct partnership with the CEO. We pay hourly 1099 AND also bonus well for each hire!
