We are a leading HR Consultancy firm in Kenya specializing in providing comprehensive HR solutions to businesses across various industries with a focus on fostering talent development enhancing organizational efficiency and ensuring compliance with labour laws and regulations.
Who We Are Looking For
We are seeking experienced and highly skilled HR Consultants to engage in specific client assignments on a need basis. We are looking for focused dependable and committed professionals with the following qualifications:
Requirements
- A Master s Degree in Human Resource Management Strategic Management Performance Management Social Science or related field.
- A Bachelor s degree in Social Science Human Resource Management or any other relevant field.
- At least 10 years and above practical experience in Human Resource Management/ People Management.
- A member of IHRM.
- Has a current practicing license from IHRM.
- A confident trainer and speaker.
- Passionate about HR and people development.
- Available on short notice.
- Willing to travel on assignment from time to time.
