As a Project Coordinator you will play a crucial role in delivering cuttingedge security solutions. You will be responsible for managing projects from concept to implementation ensuring smooth execution and client satisfaction.
Project Management: Design manage and oversee technical security projects
Solution Development: Create optimal security solutions through conceptual and detailed planning
Technical Coordination: Work with contractors onsite provide project support and resolve issues
Budgeting & Planning: Define cost estimates prepare investment assessments and track project expenses
Technology & Training: Stay up to date with new technologies attend trainings and engage with suppliers
Client Interaction: Provide support during system commissioning and train users on system functionalities
Documentation & Compliance: Prepare detailed project documentation and ensure adherence to industry standards
Procurement & Logistics: Order equipment and track deliveries ensuring project timelines are met
Progress Monitoring: Oversee implementation and report project milestones
13 years of experience in project coordination within the Safety & Security industry
Strong knowledge of security systems (fire safety fire detection alarms access control)
Technical background diploma or degree in electronics telecommunications or automation
Drivers license (Category B) mobility to visit project sites
English proficiency (B2 level) ability to communicate in an international environment
Technical proficiency experience with AutoCAD (a plus) MS Office ERP systems
Analytical mindset ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues
Strong organizational skills ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
Team player excellent collaboration and communication skills
