Job Description
In this role the main activities will be the following :
Motor SubSystem Development:
- Identify and implement innovative solutions for motor performance and features.
- Ensure compliance with tools like DFMEA CSRA
- Ensure that the 3D and 2D models are alligned with the techincal requirements specified by the client
Full Lifecycle Management:
- Manage portfolios of electric motors including component supply specifications design guidelines roadmaps IP databases and cost models.
Collaboration:
- Work with suppliers manufacturing and crossfunctional teams to analyze and implement technical solutions.
- Communicate effectively across regions and cultures in a matrix organization.
Qualifications :
To qualify for the role you should have the following set of skills :
- Experience and Expertise:
- Relevant experience ( 2 years of experience ) with solid knowledge of electrical motor design and operation.
- Foundational understanding of electronic power drivers for brushless motors.
- Development Role:
- Focus on learning and growth within the field with autonomy in wire harness and electromechanical component design.
- Collaboration with suppliers factories and technical teams.
- Preferred Skills:
- Willingness to grow technical skills and responsibilities.
- Availability to relocate in Italy at the client offices / plant
