Job Description
Work setup: Onsite
Location: Cebu
Qualifications:
- Manage a team of travel counselors
- Implement customer engagement and strategic relationship management with key skills on communication effectiveness
- Manage multiple projects driven by customers and Organization
- Collaborate with Internal and External cross functional/ teams
- Responsible for problem solving designing solutions for ambiguous situations
- Knowledge of MS Office Applications
- Proficiency in GDS (Sabre Apollo Amadeus etc.)
- Possesses basic understanding of travel industry terms
