Job Description
Were looking for a Senior Creative Production Manager who will be responsible for steering and coordinating the creative production in our Global Design Centre in Chennai in close cooperation with the corporate communication and branding team in Copenhagen. The role includes allocating work time management stakeholder management generating reports and monitoring the requests towards our designers.
Key Skills Must Have
- Good communication skills both written and verbal.

- Should be open to feedback and willing to make changes to her/his work
- Experience working in MSProject
- Good organizational skills and flair for building systems around file assets and archine storage for organizing and cleaningup.
Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:
Management role:
- Manage the resource allocation and prioritization of all creative production across global campaigns global prioritised projects and all incoming service now tickets in close dialogue and supported by the creative project manager at Ramboll HQ in Copenhagen.
- Setting up and manage timelines for all creative production across global campaigns global prioritised projects and all incoming service now tickets.
- Ensuring team capacity and competences according to scope of work.
- Closely work with designers providing guidance support and direction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensuring quality assurance across all deliverables in collaboration with the lead designers.
- Supporting the team in continuously organizing cleaningup and setting up filing and storage systems.
Stakeholder management:
- Create trust and a close collaboration with primary stakeholders the creative team and the creative project manager at Ramboll HQ in Copenhagen.
- Collaborate as the SPOC (single point of contact) with stakeholders across the organisation regarding all creative production across global campaigns global prioritised projects and all incoming service now tickets.
- Facilitate clear effective and positive communication and relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals expectations and progress and addressing any concerns or issues that arise during the projects.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain documentation and status reports including project types resource utilization etc.
- Good knowledge of MSprojects
Qualifications :
Experience:
- 8 years of experience as a production / project manager in a Creative/Design team.
- Working experience with multinational companies.
