Job Description
Level – M level
Location – Pune
- Strategize & plan Tschool hiring for IITs and NIITs with multiple stakeholders including business to understand hiring needs and timelines.
- Manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously establishing relationships with colleges and placement cells.
- Conduct demand and supply planning and mapping.
- Pay high attention to detail while organizing scheduling driving and tracking interviews for fresher candidates from premium institutes like IITs and NIITs.
- Prepare and circulate detailed reports and updates to the leadership team.
- Exhibit excellent communication skills as the role demands interactions with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrate strong multitasking abilities and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge in Power BI will be an added advantage.
