We are looking for a dedicated Finance and Procurement Specialist to join our team. This role is pivotal in managing our financial records and overseeing the procurement of indirect materials.
**Key Responsibilities:**
**Finance and Bookkeeping:**
Maintain accurate and uptodate financial records.
Record financial transactions including sales purchases and payments.
Manage accounts payable and receivable ensuring timely processing.
Assist in the preparation of financial reports such as profit and loss statements balance sheets and cash flow statements.
Aid in budget preparation and financial forecasting.
**Procurement:**
Oversee the procurement of indirect materials necessary for business operations.
Negotiate with suppliers to secure favorable terms and pricing.
Ensure timely delivery of materials and manage inventory levels.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
Regularly review and optimize procurement strategies and processes.
**Invoice Management:**
Track and manage both incoming and outgoing invoices.
Ensure invoices are accurately processed and paid on time.
Address and resolve any invoice discrepancies.
**Compliance and Administration:**
Ensure all financial practices comply with regulatory standards.
Maintain comprehensive records for auditing and compliance purposes.
Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
Requirements
**Qualifications:**
Bachelor s degree in Finance Accounting Business Administration or related field at least 2 years Experience
Proven experience in finance bookkeeping and procurement roles.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial management.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Proficient in accounting software and MS Office.
Detailoriented with strong organizational skills.
