Job Description
Within delegated authority, and focusing on the services and clients within the assigned region, the Regional Human Resources Officers will be responsible for the following duties:
General
Provides advice on the performance management and development (PMD) process and regularly monitor PMD completion rates, providing updates to senior management.
Provides advice and support to managers and staff on human resources related matters.
Prepares special reports and participates and/or leads special human resources project.
Keeps abreast of developments in various areas of human resources.
Advocates for the best application of HR practices, staffing, development, and organizational planning and design.
