About the Job
- Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
- Handle the processing and booking of all orders with accuracy and timeliness from start to end Internally.
- Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements
- Coordinate sales team Requirements and workflow between sales and any other related department.
- Report sales department activities Weekly
- Perform tasks as required from sales manager and sales team.
Job Requirements
- Any Suitable Bachelor's Degree
- Hard Worker
- High level of communication and problem-solving skills
- Very Good in using both written and spoken English
- Very Good Microsoft Office and Computer Skills
- Basic Photoshop knowledge
- Creativity, Innovative, Independent, Self-Starter, Adaptability, Knowledge of Media Channels and Marketing Strategy, Client Relationships, Research, Critical Thinking, Analysis, Leadership, Managerial Skills, Public Speaking, Writing, Attention to Detail, Organized, Multi-Tasker
