About the Job
- Identify and implement quality assurance standards, evaluate the adequacy of quality assurance and standards
- Conduct all verification's processes (Data source and submitted data)
- Ensure the data process and identify the weakness area
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency
- Identify types of data issues to recommend the corrective action and communicates results with the manager.
- Prepare weekly quality feedback report and deliver to manager and leaders
- Coordinating with the production department to follow Quality analysis feedback.
- Daily Review data on the customer portal to make sure the accuracy and consistency
- Create validation checks to ensure data accuracy.
- Investigate up-normal values.
