Job Description:
Assist in updating our internal database by collecting HR data into archive / computer files.
Screen resumes and application forms.
Post jobs and schedule interviews.
The intern will learn:
How to collect data for a well-structured HR database
How to communicate
How to screen CVs
How to make phone and face-to-face interviews
How to be accurate and picky
How to work under pressure and stick to deadlines.
Internship Requirements
3rd or 4th year undergraduate.
High level of confidentiality and commitment.
Interested and passionate about HR functions.
Strong desire in learning.
Good application of Computer skills is a must.
