Job Description
- Creating WI (Work Instructions), SOP ND Travelers for production of parts in Open-die Forging Shop
- Defining the forging process design
- Define the ingot heating plan and open die forging operation sequence
- Developing MPS (Manufacturing Process Specification) considering the commercial feasibility.
- Attending regular meetings with production team and job managers, engineers for explaining the WI and MPS
- Preparation & management of technical manual
