- Manage sources and resources of track machines and manpower on all SAR networks
- Organize machines work execution according to approved plan
- Ensure machines and manpower is available and capable for jobs execution
- Review and approve machines and staff plan
- Manage day to day machines activity
- Manage and analyze statistics from e-data of machines, workshop staff and operators
- Ensure safe operation of MOW equipment
