Multimedia Designer

Job Title: Multimedia Designer (Freelancer)
Location: Remote (PST Timezone)

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday 09:30 AM to 05:30 PM PST
Position Type: Freelancer paid hourly at USD per hour.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with designers to execute design concepts for real estatefocused projects
• Create captivating videos and animations for digital campaigns using Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects Premiere Pro and Animate) and other design software
  
• Ensure that all designs align with brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity
• Remain flexible when accommodating client feedback on design deliverables
• Effectively communicate design decisions for deliverables if requested (for clients to understand the design choices presented)
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and best practices

Qualifications:

• 3 years as a multimedia designer or in a similar role in an agency or inhouse setting
• Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of rich media projects.
  
• Solid understanding of the 12 principles of animation such as staging timing ease in ease out and anticipation
• Ability to transform complex ideas into engaging visual narratives through animated storytelling and visual communication skills
• Proficiency in video editing and animation software such as Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects Premiere Pro Animate) and Google Web Designer
• Knowledge of current multimedia trends including but not limited to motion graphics and video editing
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and take direction from senior designers
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
• Chinese speaking is an asset
