You must write well descriptive job descriptions.
Clearly write down the roles and responsibilities.
Use formatting options like headings bold text list etc.
Format your text using CVViZ editor only. Using external tools like a word document to format the description and then pasting it in CVViZ could introduce special characters that may not be supported by other job boards. In such a case job posts get rejected by a job board.
You must mention what exactly a candidate will be working on. Avoid bias in your language. For example looking for marketing superstars could easily push away female candidates from applying.
