Position: Desktop Support Engineer
Location: Chennai
Salary: 1.5 3 Lacs P.A.
Education:UG: Any Graduate

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Desktop Support Engineer with 12 years of experience in basic hardware and networking skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing and maintaining computer systems troubleshooting networking issues and advising on hardware and software upgrades. Immediate joiners are preferred.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Install and maintain hardware and computer peripherals.
  • Install and upgrade operating systems and computer software.
  • Troubleshoot networking and connection issues.
  • Advise on software or hardware upgrades.
  • Provide support for hardware installation and maintenance tasks.
  • Ensure all IT systems and hardware operate efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records of hardware installations maintenance tasks and troubleshooting efforts.
  • Assist users with any hardwarerelated issues and provide technical support.



Requirements

  • 12 years of experience in hardware and networking.
  • Basic understanding of hardware and networking principles.
  • Proficiency in installing and maintaining computer systems.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve networking and connectivity issues.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation and problemsolving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.


Roles and Responsibilities: Manage the front desk operations and ensure smooth functioning of the office environment. Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, handling their inquiries and directing them to the appropriate personnel. Coordinate the schedules and appointments for walk-in candidates and clients. Oversee administrative tasks, including managing reports and documentation. Coordinate with security services to maintain safety and security at the front office. Engage in guest services, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere. Handle telephone communications and respond promptly to all inquiries.
