Job Description

Contractual hours: Standard 37.5 Hours aweek Salary:24,000 to 38,000 (depending onexperience) Locationof role: A2Z House, Salisbury,SP1 Thesuccessful candidate will need to attend the office daily for thefirst six months. Requirements Essential Job Functions : Understandand develop business requirements together with your projectteam. Workingwith customer stakeholders to meet requirements during developmentprojects. Configuringsoftware systems and writing and deploying supporting automationscripts. Buildingand deploying key business reports for customers based on systemdata. Designing,building and running test cases for internal and externalevaluation ofsolutions. Supporting,modifying and documenting existing softwaresolutions Skills,Experience & Qualifications: Cantalk about previous experience in a development role OR formalqualifying training such as; an industry recognised trainingcertificate, completed relevant short course, recent graduate fromhighereducation. Canprovide evidence of successful project delivery, either throughcourse material or via workexperience. Presentor explain your personal goals and ambitions within this field orat A2Z.Havespent time working with relevant tools, software systems orprogramminglanguages. Demonstratethe ability to explain concepts and problems in a simple and clearmanner. Demonstratethe ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders,showing confidence with customer interactions orexchanges. Agood level of written and spoken English. Demonstratethe importance of attention to detail and ability to follow throughon tasks in a timely and efficient manner with lived examples ofsuccesses. Evidenceor understanding of the importance of record and time keepingactivities. Relevant Knowledge: Previousexposure to or experience with one or more of the followingbusiness softwareareas: Salesand Marketing (CRM, Marketing Campaigns) Direct Sales (eCommerce, Inventory Management, Shipping &Receiving) Accountancy(Bookkeeping, Payroll,Expenses) HR& Recruitment (Staffing Solutions, Event Management, CPDDelivery /LMS) Support Functions (Ticketing, Comms, Device Management) Project Management (Project Budgeting, Agile, Waterfall, Testing,Deliverables, Task Listing) Resource Planning (Rotas, People Management,Timescales) Low Code Development Platforms (Microsoft Access, Filemaker Pro, Zoho Creator) Designand UX (Web Development, Prototyping,Wireframes) Anunderstanding of Zoho would be an advantage, particularly Analytics&CRMPreviousexposure to programming or scripting in languages suchas:
