Job Description
Position: Branch Head (Micro LAP) Location: New Delhi Company: Leading NBFC
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team to drive business growth in Micro LAP segment.
- Oversee branch operations ensuring compliance and efficiency.
- Assess credit risks and maintain customer relationships.
- Generate performance reports and analyze data for strategic decisionmaking.
Requirements:
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Experience in financial services particularly in Micro LAP.
- Knowledge of lending practices compliance and risk management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary Range: Up to 15 LPA
