Chemist

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and detailoriented Chemist to join our team. The Chemist will be responsible for conducting qualitative and quantitative chemical analyses developing new products and processes and ensuring the quality and safety of our products. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills a thorough understanding of chemical processes and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct laboratory experiments to develop new products improve existing products and support research and development projects.
• Perform qualitative and quantitative chemical analyses using various techniques and instruments (e.g. chromatography spectroscopy titration).
• Develop and validate analytical methods to ensure accuracy and reliability of test results.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of experiments analyses and results.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to support product development and production processes.
• Ensure compliance with all safety health and environmental regulations and company policies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to chemical processes and analytical methods.
• Prepare technical reports presentations and documentation as required.
• Stay current with advancements in chemistry and related fields through continuous learning and professional development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry Chemical Engineering or a related field. A Master's degree or Ph.D. is preferred.
• Proven experience working in a laboratory or industrial setting preferably in the chemical pharmaceutical or related industries.
• Proficiency with laboratory instruments and techniques including chromatography spectroscopy and titration.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a teamoriented environment.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations related to chemical handling and laboratory operations.
• Familiarity with software tools for data analysis and documentation.
