Job Description

Overview: As a Liaisoning Officer you will serve as a vital link between our organization and external stakeholders including government agencies regulatory bodies clients vendors and community groups. Your primary responsibility will be to facilitate communication maintain relationships and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and policies. You will act as a representative of our organization promoting understanding and cooperation while addressing any issues or concerns that may arise.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Government and Regulatory Liaison: Interface with government agencies regulatory bodies and other relevant authorities to obtain necessary permits licenses approvals and clearances. Stay updated on regulatory changes and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

  2. Client and Vendor Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients vendors and partners. Facilitate smooth communication address inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner. Build and maintain strong relationships to foster collaboration and mutual trust.

  3. Community Engagement: Engage with local communities and stakeholders to understand their needs concerns and expectations. Represent the organization at community events meetings and forums. Develop strategies to promote positive community relations and address any issues or conflicts that may arise.

  4. Project Support: Collaborate with internal teams to support project development and implementation. Provide input on regulatory requirements potential challenges and stakeholder concerns. Help identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.

  5. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of interactions permits approvals and other relevant documents. Prepare reports presentations and other materials as needed to communicate key information to internal and external stakeholders.

  6. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues related to regulatory compliance stakeholder relations and project execution. Develop and implement strategies to mitigate risks and ensure successful outcomes.

  7. Communication and Advocacy: Serve as a spokesperson for the organization advocating for its interests and promoting its values and goals. Communicate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders tailoring messages to address specific concerns and priorities.
