Job Description
- Responsible for ensuring that end-to-end products and services meet Food safety, Quality, Health, and Safety standards set by NEOM and regulatory authorities within the NEOM Community Foodservices
- Responsible and accountable for guaranteeing a highly effective quality and promoting a culture of quality within Tamimi contracts and its workforce.
- Assures consistent quality of production by developing and enforcing good, automated manufacturing practice (GMP) systems, validating processes, providing documentation, and managing staff through strict audit and inspection programs.
- Possesses good leadership skills, combined with strong analytical skills. He/she analyses data and recommends changes to production processes or quality controls to eliminate the problem. It is also key that he/she can identify safety-quality issues, and develop and monitor continuous improvement programs, aiming to reduce the number of defects and improve levels of quality in a consistent manner. Oversees and assures quality and Food Safety processes are continuously reviewed and revised where required.
