Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and resultsoriented Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. As a Business Development Executive your primary responsibility will be to drive growth and expand IMC Advisory Services business through strategic partnerships and client acquisition.


Responsibilities:

Generate business growth by developing new leads and contacts through various channels including online research networking tools and referrals.

Identify and thoroughly research opportunities in both new and existing markets.

Develop and maintain an indepth understanding of the companys services and target market to effectively communicate the value proposition to potential clients.

Monitor industry trends market dynamics and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and proactively develop strategies to stay ahead.

Engage with clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions to address their challenges.

Skillfully negotiate and close business deals ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.

Maintain an updated prospective client database for effective pipeline management.

Prepare and deliver persuasive pitches and presentations to potential new clients.

Cultivate positive and longlasting relationships with current and potential clients.

Ensure outstanding customer service through regular client followup and proactive support.


Requirements

Key Competencies Required:

Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in B2B development preferably within the financial services sector.

Strong networking and relationshipbuilding skills with the ability to quickly establish rapport and credibility with clients and stakeholders.

Exceptional analytical and problemsolving skills enabling identification and capitalization of business opportunities.

Commercially savvy individual with excellent communication skills.

Selfdriven and adept at working independently taking ownership of projects and targets.

Ability to collaborate effectively within a team to achieve collective business goals.

Requirements Skills and Qualifications: At least 10 years of experience as Executive Assistant Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders. High proficiency in Windows, including MS Word, EXCEL, and PowerPoint. Excellent writing, editing, grammatical, organizational, and research skills. Excellent customer service skills: meeting and exceeding expectations; intuitively understand stakeholders; anticipate needs; provide value. Ability to work independently and with professional discretion, in fast-paced, demanding environment. Professional appearance and mannerisms. Must be good on prioritization, time management, attention to detail, follow through, staying informed with organizational initiatives and priorities. Managing schedules and people with tact, diplomacy, and poise. Behavioral Skills Direct and purposeful in all verbal and non-verbal communication Receptive to and approachable by others in any situation Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects at once Self-motivated, takes initiative. Highly organized and detail oriented Exhibits versatility and flexibility
