Job Description

Position: Front Office Executive
Industry Type: BPO / Call Centre
Department: Food Beverage & Hospitality
Location: Chennai

Requirements

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Manage the front desk operations and ensure smooth functioning of the office environment.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors handling their inquiries and directing them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Coordinate the schedules and appointments for walkin candidates and clients.
  • Oversee administrative tasks including managing reports and documentation.
  • Coordinate with security services to maintain safety and security at the front office.
  • Engage in guest services ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
  • Handle telephone communications and respond promptly to all inquiries.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Must possess a graduate degree from a recognized university.
  • 0 to 3 years of experience in front office operations or a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • A proactive approach and the ability to take initiative.
  • Immediate availability to join the team is highly preferred.
