This is a remote position.
Position Title: Cold CallerWork Setup: Work from Home/Work Onsite
Salary: Php 30000.00 Php 45000.00
Schedule: Monday Friday 12:00 AM 8:30 AM PH Time

JOB DESCRIPTION FOR A COLD CALLER
Responsibilities as a Cold Caller:
Conduct cold calls to potential clients to generate new leads and identify sales opportunities.
Research and identify potential clients through various sources including online databases company records and industry events.
Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their real estate needs and preferences.
Provide detailed information about available properties and real estate services.
Maintain a followup schedule to keep in touch with potential clients and move them through the sales pipeline.
Send followup emails and messages to nurture leads and convert them into clients.
Schedule appointments for property viewings meetings and consultations with the real estate team.
Maintain accurate records of all interactions with potential clients in the CRM system.
Work closely with the real estate sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Coordinate with marketing to align outreach efforts with promotional campaigns and materials.
Provide regular updates and reports on coldcalling activities lead generation progress and sales outcomes to the Sales Manager.
Qualifications as a Cold Caller:
Previous experience in sales telemarketing or cold calling is preferred.
Experience in real estate is a plus but not required.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Basic understanding of the real estate market and terminology.
Selfmotivated and goaloriented.
Positive and professional attitude.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.
