Job Description



We are looking for a highly motivated and positiveminded individual to join our clients Acquisition Team as an Affiliate Manager. Our client has a multibrand strategy with different casinos; so it is vital that the candidate can deal with multiple marketing strategies and has a solid grasp of the differences between their main target markets: UK IE NO FI SE CA NZ IN LATAM ROW. The successful candidate will be tasked with acquiring new affiliates maintaining relationships with existing affiliates and increasing their overall acquisition volume with a proactive attitude across all their brands and all the countries they operate in.



ABOUT OUR CLIENT

Our client is an iGaming company based in San Gwann Malta employing a diverse employee base providing excellent online casino experiences.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Acquire and build relationships with new affiliates.
  • Monitor the performance of existing affiliates.
  • Growth and cement relationships with affiliates.
  • Help create plan and execute Affiliate Marketing acquisition campaigns.
  • Create tracking links and request materials from the marketing team.
  • Help ensure that affiliates are promoting their brands in a compliant manner as per the different market requirements.
  • Fulfil department and personal KPI s as delivered by management.
EXPERIENCE KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
  • A minimum of 2 years experience as an Affiliate Manager in the iGaming Industry.
  • Proficient in Microsoft office suite including Word Excel PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • English speaking with a second language would be considered a plus.
  • A strong negotiator with excellent written and verbal skills.
  • Numerically minded when structuring monitoring and analysing affiliate deals and performance.
  • Highly motivated to achieve goals and strive for excellence.
  • Organised and able to keep focus and structure in a role which grants freedom.
  • Strong decisionmaking skills.
  • Ability to travel to conferences.
  • Excellent communication and team working skills with a passion and drive to work in a small but efficient and highly successful team.
EDUCATION

A Bachelors degree is considered as an advantage.

WORKING TIME

Flexible working hours policy from Monday to Friday with 30 minutes break.
