Video Content Analyst NHR No Night Shifts

Recruitment Apple Lovers is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company that is looking to recruit a Norwegian speaking Video Content Analyst for their offices in Lisbon.

Position: Video Content Analyst

Location: Lisbon Portugal

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Review user reports regarding website content with no sensitive/triggering content involved
• Daily content compliance monitoring and corrective measures application
• Make wellbalanced decisions and help resolve inquiries to defined policies and procedures
• Propose solutions to improve the support of user community

REQUIREMENTS:

• Native/fluent in Norwegian both oral and written. Intermediate level in English
• Able to cover morning and afternoon shift rotation from Monday to Friday
• Excellent communicator with highly developed interpersonal skills
• Quick learner and adaptable to learn new processes concepts and skills
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
• Able to objectively evaluate and classify the content
