• Be a customer champion! Respond to inquiries from riders and drivers via phone live chat and helpdesk ensuring a positive and efficient experience.
• Channel your inner detective! Analyze escalated cases for potential policy violations or safety concerns making informed decisions to uphold our high standards.
• Become a master problemsolver! Handle customer complaints identify the best solutions and follow up to ensure their satisfaction.
• Be a team player! Collaborate with drivers and customers to gather information and resolve issues effectively even in critical safety situations.
• Knowledge is power! Maintain a deep understanding of our services to provide topnotch support and proactive suggestions.
• Be a data whiz! Analyze situations and make informed decisions based on established policies and guidelines.
