IN DETAIL YOUR SUCCESS IN THIS JOB WILL BE

• Meticulously preparing examining and analyzing accounting records financial statements and other financial reports to assess accuracy completeness and conformance to reporting and procedural standards;
• Diligently ensuring all financial reporting is in compliance with US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP);
• Maintaining knowledge of and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations including but not limited to United States regulations;
• Effectively maintaining relevant ledgers including journal entries monthend close processes reconciliations accruals and similar documents in both paper and digital form;
• Conducting financial analysis to provide insights into the financial performance of the company and preparing for the audit process;
• Identifying areas for process improvement within the accounting function and implementing approved changes to enhance efficiency;
• Working closely with stakeholders and other functions of the company to ensure accurate financial information is available for decisionmaking and strategic planning;
• Competently complete other related duties as assigned by the senior leadership team;
• Always staying abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to propose innovative approaches;
• Fostering a culture of creativity collaboration and continuous improvement within the GTM team.

WHAT YOULL NEED FOR SUCCESS IN THIS JOB

• Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field;
• Demonstrated experience working with US GAAP. Knowledge of Vietnam regulations is a nicetohave;
• Handons experience with accounting software and systems;
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to analyze complex financial data;
• High attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate;
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced and entrepreneurial environment;
