Experience / Qualifications

• A high caliber engineering graduate with >14 years of prior experience in Oil & Gas sector. Preferably having experience in high precision machining components / Machine Shop Experience Must & Oil and Gas Industry.
• He should have a thorough understanding of the design and development of completion tools liner hangers packers etc. (Machining parts).

Job Responsibilities

• Oil and Gas Sector knowledge.
• Product knowledge (Completion Cementing Liner Hanger Packers & Down hole & etc).
• Knowledge of API 5CT 71 72 ACNESTUB ACME Threads MOD ACME Threads & BPV Threads.
• Assembly technique of completion tools.
• Testing jigs fixture booths with compliances.
• Poka Yoke techniques.
• Lean green belt.

Operation Head / Plant Head

• Plan Vs Actual.
• OTD (On time delivery) to customers.
• No Rejection.
• First time right FA Parts.
• Regular Production of PO Parts.
