Job Description

### Position Overview
The General HR Manager will oversee the daily operations of the Human Resources department for a leading medical billing company in India. This role involves managing recruitment employee relations performance management and compliance with employment laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong interpersonal skills capable of fostering a positive workplace culture and driving organizational success.

### Key Responsibilities

**Daily Operations:**
Manage daytoday HR operations including employee records payroll processing benefits administration and HRIS maintenance.
Ensure compliance with all federal state and local employment laws and regulations.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to improve efficiency and consistency.
Please address employee concerns and resolve conflicts quickly.

**Recruitment and Staffing:**
Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract hire and retain top talent in the medical billing industry.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including job postings candidate sourcing screening interviewing and onboarding.
Collaborate with department managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on hiring best practices.
Conduct background checks and reference checks for potential hires.

**Employee Relations:**
Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture through employee engagement initiatives and programs.
Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HRrelated issues including performance management disciplinary actions and employee development.
Organize and conduct training sessions on workplace diversity sexual harassment and other HRrelated matters.

**Performance Management:**
Oversee the performance appraisal process including setting performance standards conducting evaluations and providing feedback.
Implement and manage employee recognition and reward programs to motivate and retain highperforming employees.
Identify and address performance issues through coaching and development plans.

**Compliance and Reporting:**
Maintain and update HR records and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.
Prepare and present HR metrics and analytics to senior management to support strategic decisionmaking.
Conduct audits of HR processes and records to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

### Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management with a strong background in recruitment and employee relations preferably in the medical billing or healthcare industry.
Indepth knowledge of HR best practices employment laws and regulations in India.
Excellent communication interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency in HRIS and other HRrelated software.

### Preferred Skills
SHRMCP or PHR certification.
Experience in the medical billing or healthcare industry.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make datadriven decisions.

### Working Conditions
Fulltime position in the office typically Monday through Friday.
Ability to work in a dynamic and changing environment.
