Role Responsibilities

• Conducting humane slaughtering of animals adhering to all legal and ethical standards.
• Maintaining high cleanliness and hygienic standards in the slaughterhouse.
• Monitoring and managing the health and welfare of animals prior to slaughter.
• Operating slaughter equipment and machinery correctly and safely.
• Ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and guidelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Previous experience in a slaughtering role within a meat processing facility.
• Thorough knowledge of animal welfare practices and meat processing regulations.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks effectively.
• Strong commitment to attention to detail and quality assurance.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well as part of a team.
• Proficiency in operating slaughtering equipment.
