Job Description
- Lead and manage the production team to ensure smooth operations and optimal performance.
- Develop and implement production plans to meet customer demand and delivery schedules.
- Monitor production processes and identify areas for improvement to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Establish and maintain quality control measures to ensure product quality meets company standards and customer expectations.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with other departments such as engineering and quality assurance to resolve production issues and optimize processes.
- Train and develop staff to enhance their skills and capabilities fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Monitor and manage production budgets and expenses to ensure costeffectiveness and profitability.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
