Relocify is a fastgrowing tech startup based in the Netherlands. Using our app expats can easily find longterm properties view them virtually from their phones and sign contracts online. We work with small and big Dutch companies and help their new international employees with housing.

Join Relocify as we seek a Property Viewing Coordinator to manage and schedule property viewings efficiently. This vital role requires coordinating effectively between customers real estate agents and our inhouse Property Presenters to ensure all viewings are seamlessly arranged.

Tasks

• Schedule and confirm property viewings with real estate agents.
• Assign Property Presenters to attend these viewings.
• Ensure smooth coordination among all parties maintaining efficient scheduling and providing timely updates.

Requirements

• Proficient in both written and spoken English
• An effective communicator with strong organizational skills
• Previous experience in customer service roles is highly advantageous.
