Job Description
Your mission will be…
- Manage the development and execution of marketing campaigns for the Suite of Applications.
- Create and manage communication materials, including newsletters, blog posts, social media content, and product announcements.
- Develop and update training materials, including user guides, tutorials, training videos and learning nuggets.
- Collaborate with the product management team to ensure marketing and training materials align with product features.
- Support the organization and execution of webinars, workshops, and other training events.
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and feedback on various communication channels.
