Job Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for the property app addressing user issues and resolving bugs promptly.
• Collaborate with the development team to implement enhancements and new features.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems reported by users.
• Monitor the apps performance and work on optimization initiatives.
• Conduct system implementation tasks ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
• Maintain detailed documentation of issues resolutions and enhancements.
• Communicate effectively with users to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Report on technical issues and project progress.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in app development and support.

Job Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field.
• Proven experience in technical support particularly in app support or system implementation.
• Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as a sole contributor.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with property apps and the real estate industry is a plus.
• Proficiency in relevant programming languages and technical tools.
