Job Description

Australian Citizens residing in Australia only respond.

Essential criteria

1. UserCentered Design Proficiency: Candidates must demonstrate a strong ability to create and iterate intuitive and engaging user experiences that meet the needs and expectations of users all while complying with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines.

2. Collaborative teamwork: Its crucial for candidates to have the ability to work effectively within a team environment engaging with user researchers developers a product manager and stakeholders to align design solutions with business objectives.

3. Technical and Adaptive Design Proficiency: A deep understanding of design tools is essential (for example Figma and Miro) along with the flexibility to produce designs at varying fidelity levels tailored to the specific requirements of the projects context and objectives.

Desirable criteria

1. Familiarity with the fundamentals of HTML CSS and JavaScript is advantageous as it enables a more holistic approach to user experience design understanding of technical constraints and closer collaboration with development teams.

2. Agile Development Experience: Familiarity with Agile methodologies is beneficial fostering a flexible and responsive design approach that complements fastpaced development environments.
