Job Description
We are looking to hire a French Markets Travel Designer for one of our clients.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 0305 years of work experience in the Travel and Tourism Industry (luxury/highend Markets).
- Possess good working knowledge of tourismbased operations (Including itinerary creation and tour costing).
- Candidate should have a great passion for travel and should also have profound knowledge of inbound luxury/highend segment tourism.
- Frenchlanguagespeaking candidates are preferred.
- Have an excellent command of English and Computer literacy.
Responsibilities:
- Can effectively sell the destination as a holiday destination and be able to build & maintain strong business relationships with different types of suppliers customers and agents.
- Maintains the companystipulated quality standards in all dealings in line with the given SOP standards.
- Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints
- Manage customers accounts and agents
- To ensure problemfree customer service to the clients
