Roles & Responsibilities Manager Pharmacy

• To assist HOD in implementing the S.O.P
• To be responsible in selection of good quality products by assisting HOD.
• To follow the reorder level of the medicines and allied products.
• To track stock out medicines and wanted items. Reporting the same to HOD.
• To assist in purchase order approval.
• Preparation of duty roaster and leave management for entire department.
• Allotting duties and Description to pharmacy staffs with HOD approval.

Supervision on:

• Dispensing and storage of purchased medicines.
• Expiry checking and follow up on non moving medicines and returning to stockist
• Narcotic drugs issues and stock verification.
• Issues of medicines to wards and other departments.
• Checking of all records and book keeping
• Routine supervision of outlets crowd management
• Physical stock verification and audit.
• Tracking of high value medicines
• Ward stock medicines checking for expiry and physical quantity
• Supervision of staffs training the staffs.
• Allotting duties and Description to pharmacy assistants
• To be responsible for keeping the leave records of pharmacy staffs.
• To inform the HOD about the business correspondence to be made.
• To assist in conduct meeting and to analyse the department issues.
• Reporting the day to day activities to HOD.
• Any other duties as assigned by the Management from time to time
