Job Description
- Menu planning, recipe development, and food preparation for banquets, weddings, conferences, and off-site catered events.
- Ensure consistent high quality and presentation standards for all food items.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the banquet kitchen staff, including scheduling, training, and monitoring performance.
- Maintain effective communication with the front-of-house staff, event planners, and clients to ensure seamless event execution.
