THE OPPORTUNITY

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare specialised and general financial statements for companies trusts and partnerships
• Complete tax returns for all types of entities
• Generate Business and Instalment Activity Statements
• Participate in tax planning sessions with clients
• Reconcile accounting files (Xero MYOB Quickbooks etc.)
• Provide business advisory services including due diligence valuation and transaction engagements
• Coordinate communications with the ATO

EXPERIENCE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

• 2 to 5 years’ experience as an accountant in business services
• Skilled in preparing general purpose financial statements and managing tax returns
• Ability to prioritise client needs and adapt approach accordingly
• Proven adaptability in diverse situations
• Strong problemsolving skills with a proactive attitude
• Consistent track record of delivering highquality work with attention to detail
• Proficiency in Xero and MYOB accounting software
• Seeking a candidate with relevant experience and qualifications to thrive in our business services team
