- Talent Management and Workforce Planning: Drive strategic workforce planning by identifying future capabilities and skills gaps. Develop and execute HR roadmaps for talent attraction, retention, and development, ensuring alignment with business needs.
- Stakeholder Management and Change Leadership: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, providing strategic HR advice and guidance. Lead change management initiatives and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.
