As part of our Marketing effort the Graphic & UI Designer will play a vital role in ensuring the aesthetic appeal of our digital platforms and their branding materials. This includes collaborating closely with Product team Marketing team and key stakeholders to create visually compelling and intuitive interfaces for our software products thus contributing significantly to their success in the market.

IN DETAIL YOUR SUCCESS IN THIS JOB WILL BE

• Efficiently designing and producing visually engaging marketing materials and digital assets including but not limited to website UI elements mobile app interfaces digital marketing materials (emails banners social media posts) branding assets and eventrelated visuals all of which are are optimized for various platforms;
• Closely collaborating with the Product team to refine product interfaces and brand message ensuring they are both aesthetically pleasing professional and userfriendly thereby enhancing the user attraction and satisfaction;
• Working handinhand with the Marketing and Product teams to create a cohesive visual identity for each product and whole team aligning with market positioning and compelling narratives;
• Frequently conducting suitable research and testing to identify design trends needs and opportunities for improvement incorporating feedback into design iterations; Generating creative content for digital marketing channels including social media email campaigns blogs and digital ads to enhance the efficiency of marketing strategy;
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines without compromising on quality Staying uptodate with industry design trends audience behavior and emerging technologies to propose innovative design solutions;
• Promoting a culture of creativity collaboration and continuous improvement within the big team emphasizing the importance of design in achieving our mission.

WHAT YOULL NEED FOR SUCCESS IN THIS JOB

• Bachelors degree in Graphic Design Digital Media or a related field or equivalent practical experience;
• Proven experience as a Digital Designer or UI Designer or a similar role with a portfolio showcasing your work. Please include your portfolio in any format with your application to showcase your art style; Experience in designing for corporate or businessoriented products is required;
• Strong understanding of branding layout color theory and typography in both the digital realm and printing;
• High proficiency in design software; please list a few examples in your application; Experience designing UI elements for diverse platforms;
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines;
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering highquality design work;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English with the ability to create informative reports;
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a global fastpaced and entrepreneurial environment;
