Location: Hybrid

Working Hours: Night Shifts from 15:00 PM to 08:00 AM(rotational)

Requirements: Must hold an EU ID or Residence Card

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone email and live chat for their car rental inquiries.
• Participate in regular refresh and update sessions to continually enhance your knowledge and skills.
• Address and resolve customer issues with professionalism and efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken) is essential.
• Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
• Ability to work night shifts from 15:00 PM to 08:00 AM.
• Must hold an EU ID or Residence Card.
