Work Location: Coimbatore / Chennai

Responsibilities:

Advanced Troubleshooting:

Youll diagnose and solve complex technical problems related to the software platform. This involves analyzing logs replicating issues and leveraging your knowledge of the platforms architecture.

Technical Expertise:

Possessing a strong understanding of the software platform is essential. This includes functionalities integrations and common configurations.

Customer Focus:

Providing exceptional technical support to endusers is key. Youll need excellent communication skills to explain solutions clearly and build rapport.

Collaboration:

Working closely with L1/Business service team to ensure seamless issue escalation and resolution. You might also collaborate with developers to diagnose bugs or provide insights for improvement.

Knowledge Base and Documentation:

Contributing to the knowledge base by documenting solutions troubleshooting steps and workarounds is crucial for future reference and improved support.

Staying Updated:

The tech landscape is constantly evolving. Staying uptodate on the platforms updates new features and relevant technologies is vital for effective troubleshooting.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Indepth knowledge of the software platform.
  • Experience with troubleshooting software applications.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Experience with scripting languages or APIs might be a plus.
  • Experience using ticketing systems and knowledge base tools is preferred.

Additional Skills:

  • Experience with programming languages Java Angular
  • Knowledge of datastores MongoDB
  • Experience working in a fastpaced and customercentric environment.
