We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Security Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in designing robust security requirements conducting threat modeling and crafting comprehensive security policies for the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). This role requires extensive experience in development infrastructure and network security with a strong understanding of Azure environments.

Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement security requirements for various software projects ensuring alignment with industry best practices and compliance standards.
2. Conduct thorough threat modeling exercises to identify potential security vulnerabilities and risks across systems and applications.
3. Create and maintain comprehensive security policies and procedures tailored to the SDLC encompassing all stages from design to deployment.
4. Work closely with crossfunctional teams including developers infrastructure engineers network specialists and project managers to integrate security measures seamlessly into the development process.
5. Perform regular risk assessments and security audits to evaluate the effectiveness of existing security controls and identify areas for improvement.
6. Develop incident response plans and procedures to effectively address and mitigate security incidents and breaches.
7. Promote security awareness and best practices among development teams through training sessions workshops and educational materials.
8. Provide technical leadership and guidance on securityrelated matters serving as a subject matter expert within the organization.
9. Stay abreast of emerging security threats technologies and trends and evaluate their potential impact on the organizations security posture

Qualifications

1. Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Security or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
2. 1015 years of experience in the field of information security with a focus on security architecture design and implementation.
3. Extensive experience with cloud environments particularly Microsoft Azure including proficiency in Azure security services and features.
4. Strong understanding of software development methodologies and practices with handson experience in software development and/or DevOps roles.
5. Indepth knowledge of networking protocols infrastructure security and encryption technologies.
6. Proven experience in conducting threat modeling exercises and developing security requirements based on identified risks.
7. Experience in crafting and implementing security policies standards and procedures across complex IT environments.
8. Relevant certifications such as CISSP CISM CCSK or equivalent are highly desirable.
9. Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively articulate technical concepts to both technical and nontechnical audiences.
10. Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to think critically and strategically about security issues
