Flexing It has partnered with Our client, a Leading Private Sector Bank, is looking to engage with a Consultant Talent Acquisition. They are undertaking an initiative to hire leadership talent for 30+ positions for their UK entity. Key responsibilities: - End-to-end recruitment - Coordinating to identify staffing needs. - Determining selection criteria. - Drive candidate sourcing through database/job board searches and referral generation Duration: 6 months Location: Remote Capacity: Full time Skills Required - 10 to 15 years of relevant experience in recruitment. - Experience in leadership hiring - Experience with UK hiring (Must have) - Experience working in Top Search Firm (servicing Fin or Tech Clients) or Top Banks or Top ITES Firms. - End-to-end recruitment experience
