  • Lead business planning operations management and financial strategy development.
  • Manage productivity employee performance and operational efficiency leveraging strong analytical skills.
  • Oversee comprehensive budgeting including invoicing and collections processes across multiple entities.
  • Utilize a robust finance background to guide financial planning and investment strategies.
  • Demonstrate exceptional leadership by fostering a culture of accountability innovation and growth.
  • Solve complex problems and drive initiatives aligned with organizational goals and strategic objectives.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and build strong relationships internally and externally.
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and systems to optimize operational efficiency and ensure compliance.
  • Achieve measurable results by setting clear objectives monitoring progress and adapting strategies as needed.



Requirements

  • Bachelors or master s degree in business administration or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business planning operations management and financial oversight.
  • Strong understanding of the GCC business environment is advantageous.
  • Expertise in employee productivity management and operational optimization.
  • Advanced analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling and budget forecasting.
  • Excellent leadership abilities with a track record of strategic decisionmaking.
  • Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English.
  • Proven ability to build and optimize SOPs and operational systems.
