In this role youll:
Own the recruitment process endtoend: conduct intake/kickoff calls with the hiring managers open and manage requisitions develop search & sourcing strategies assess talent steer the interview process for interviewers and candidates manage projects globally and close candidates via the offer process.
Partner with hiring managers as a strategic advisor to understand and consult on their teams talent needs (external and internal).
Conduct comprehensive and competencybased candidate interviews demonstrating the ability to operationalize role requirements and hiring manager preferences to ensure a consistent candidate assessments. Interviewing candidates to evaluate their skill sets and competencies against our Twilio Magic values and job requirements.
Build strong relationships across stakeholders (FP&A HR Total Rewards TA Ops etc.).
Ensure a toptier candidate experience for every candidate regardless of the hiring decision.
Display operational excellence following Twilios company and regional recruitment processes and SLAs.
Collaborate with Recruiting Engine on talent intelligence and strategy.
Maximize the efficiency and operational excellence of the Talent Acquisition process through strong data and reporting.
Required
48 years experience in a recruiting role (or similar) preferably at technology companies with a global presence
Demonstrated success with full lifecycle recruiting and managing multiple requisitions simultaneously
Proven track record of delivering on the business goals in a fastpaced challenging work environment
Strong relationship management of hiring managers to lead effective searches and drive compliant hiring practices
Datadriven approach towards decision making leveraging quantitative insights and analytics to inform and optimize various aspects of the hiring process
Excellent collaboration communication presentation project management and team building skills
Knowledge of and adherence to local employment laws and compliance regulations
Ability to understand and analyze recruiting data dashboards and analytics.
Ability to represent Twilios employer brand and serve as an ambassador for the company
Desired
Experience in creating and managing recruiting dashboards and analytics.
Prior experience in supporting or leading recruiting projects (ops excellence candidate experience branding etc.)
Ability and desire to run full cycle recruiting for nontech and tech roles based on business need.
